Aufgaben:
- Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®
- Direct collaboration with Omnissa(TM) product development
- Error analysis and problem solving (3rd/4th level) in global support
- Monitoring, maintenance, and updates of private cloud and customer systems
- Continuous expansion of your expertise, including training stays in the USA with the manufacturer and global partners
Qualifikationen:
- You have a structured, team-oriented, and communicative approach to your work. The following qualifications and skills are required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
- Solid professional experience in Workspace ONE®, certification is an advantage
- Experience in error analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work on-site and travel
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
